Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance with lubrication and inspections, diagnosing and repairing malfunctions, electrical circuit work, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, installation and calibration

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery including lubrication and inspections.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, diagnose problems, and repair or adjust equipment.
• Electrical maintenance: wiring, fuses, switches, and motor repairs.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other mechanical components.
• Assist in installation, setup, calibration of new equipment.
• Perform facility maintenance like plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and readings.
• Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance and address urgent needs.
• Participate in training to enhance maintenance skills.
