Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician Generalist at the RVI-Harmony rendering plant in the United States. The role covers mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance to support reliable operation, safety, and quality across production lines.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, assist with installation and calibration of new equipment, and maintain maintenance logs while collaborating with production teams. Rotating shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Commitment to safety policies and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and minimize downtime.
