Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role supports uptime, efficiency, and safety while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, strong electrical/robotics knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Travel is minimal; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair
• Knowledge of robotics, mechanical, welding, and electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Lockout/tagout and safety procedures knowledge
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
• Support uptime and efficiency through preventive and predictive maintenance
• Analyze machine performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Work independently and with teams to ensure safe, effective operation
