Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Michigan to bring units up to market-ready condition and support property management teams. The role may require weekends and after-hours emergency services based on community needs.

Typical duties include completing make ready maintenance, processing work orders, assisting with building and common area upkeep, and supporting preventative maintenance programs to protect property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
