Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 in Leland, NC to keep buildings and grounds in top condition. You will diagnose and repair mechanical systems, handle preventative maintenance, and complete make-readies for leasing. The role involves on-call rotation and seasonal scheduling.

Formación

• EPA refrigerant certification is required for licensed technicians.
• Valid driver's license must be kept current.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair common property systems.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair defects on the property in line with safety policies.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance for units and common areas.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing.
• Track inventory and coordinate with supervisors on reorders.
• Maintain grounds and perform general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist cost-saving efforts by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
