Job summary

Asset Living in Oxford, MS is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. You will participate in the make-ready process under supervision to meet operational objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent completed.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and unit upkeep as needed.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Assist with on-call emergencies at the community.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and inventory.
