National Property Management Associates, Inc. in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Maintenance Associate for our 114-unit apartment community.

You will help upgrade and preserve property condition and functionality, including preparing units for occupancy and performing general maintenance tasks. The role includes on-call responsibilities, a pay rate of $20.00 per hour with a 25% onsite living housing discount, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance associate.
• Ability to perform painting, carpentry, and basic repairs.
• Good physical condition.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and appliances.
• Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for occupancy
• Paint and complete make readies for occupancy
• Perform daily trash pickup
• Assist in general maintenance work as requested
• Perform light checks
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance
• On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager
