Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, AppFolio and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving history.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Fairlawn core values in daily work.
• Perform wide range of maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC.
• Maintain positive relations with residents.
• Manage on-call maintenance and after-hours emergencies.
• Oversee turnover, bids from subcontractors, and small renovations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and housing laws.
