HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Allure, our luxury apartment community in Centerville, Ohio. The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, with some evenings and weekend on-call hours required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Thorough working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
• Able to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Knowledge and safe use of hand tools and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain outdoor grounds, including pool area, in a safe, attractive condition.
• Make-ready process for vacated units, including painting, drywall, and carpet cleaning.
• Perform work orders and repairs (HVAC, electrical, small appliances, plumbing).
• Inspect and log building lights, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems and furnace filters; replace as needed.
• Represent Hills Properties with a professional, positive outlook toward teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents.

HILLS Properties has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the team at one of our luxury apartment communities, Allure, in Centerville, Ohio!

This is a regular, full-time position with some evening and weekend on call hours required.

As a maintenance technician, we will keep you busy! You play a key role in upholding our high standards and reputation by maintaining all areas of the property and performing service requests for residents. This is an opportunity to really make a difference in someone's day and contribute to the teams that make HILLS a great place to work and call home. A typical day could include HVAC, electrical, small appliances, and plumbing repairs.
