Job summary

HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Allure, our luxury apartment community in Centerville, Ohio. The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, with some evenings and weekend on-call hours required.

Qualifications

HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Thorough working knowledge of building maintenance.
Able to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
Able to perform basic mathematical functions.
Knowledge and safe use of hand tools and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain outdoor grounds, including pool area, in a safe, attractive condition.
Make-ready process for vacated units, including painting, drywall, and carpet cleaning.
Perform work orders and repairs (HVAC, electrical, small appliances, plumbing).
Inspect and log building lights, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems and furnace filters; replace as needed.
Represent Hills Properties with a professional, positive outlook toward teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents.
