Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our luxury community in Stamford, CT. The role involves hands-on maintenance including painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work to preserve property value and safety.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect facilities, maintain grounds, and assist with make-ready tasks. A weekend shift is required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work in painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC or related maintenance fields.
• Experience with general maintenance tasks and preventive upkeep.
• Familiarity with property management software for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make-ready apartments: painting, drywall, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections as requested.
• Maintain grounds and keep common areas clean.
• Service HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; recommend repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and standards.
• Cover one weekend shift as part of rotation.
