Job summary

You will read manuals and schematics, follow lockout/tag-out procedures, perform preventive maintenance, reduce downtime, and keep accurate records in computerized maintenance systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production machinery and facility equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools; implement lockout/tag-out safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of production machines and facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding systems.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment while following lockout/tag-out procedures and safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper adjustments or repairs.
• Operate from elevated platforms and mobile lifts as needed.
• Report defective materials, faulty operations, or unusual situations to supervisors.
• Maintain records in computerized maintenance systems and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support values and continuous improvement by performing additional tasks as assigned.
