Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Reliability Technician at our Portland Cement Plant in CO. Responsibilities include lubrication, preventative maintenance, and equipment inspection to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will follow MSHA and site safety policies and work within a collaborative maintenance team. Required: High School Diploma/GED, trade certifications, and a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical qualifications/certificates preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical preventive maintenance to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient operations.
• Inspect, repair, and reassemble equipment using mechanical tools.
• Troubleshoot issues to maximize productivity and report problems to supervision.
• Operate mobile equipment safely and perform required cleanup duties.
• Work with minimal supervision as part of a maintenance team.
• Rotate shifts as plant needs require.
