Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Hanover, MD service center. You will perform routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections to ensure safe, reliable vehicles for customers.

Starting pay is $22/hour, with $1/hour for each ASE up to four ASEs. Schedule: Wed-Sun 3PM-11PM. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year technician/mechanical experience.
• Valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Clear background check incl. driving history.
• Pre-employment drug test and random testing.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work Wed-Fri 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) per manufacturer specs.
• Repair and replace tires; replace wear parts (bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain vehicle repair history with a repair order (RO).
• Follow part and inventory tracking procedures.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles after services.
• Follow health, safety and environmental standards; maintain clean workspace.

The Maintenance Technician performs car repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

This position is located at our Service Center 7438 New Ridge Road Hanover, MD 21076.

The pay for this position starts at $22 / hour plus an additional $1 / hour for each qualifiedASE, up to a maximum of 4 ASEs

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels


• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines


• Repair and replace tires


• Replace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)


• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair


• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures


• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services


• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs


• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards


• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards


• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting


• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality


• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.


• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference and social security.


• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require workauthorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
