Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the SeaTac Service Center. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles to ensure readiness and safety across multiple brands.

The role includes documenting repairs, tracking inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position is on-site at 2006 S 146th St, SeaTac, WA 98168, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Pre-employment drug screening applies.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive experience or be enrolled in an auto tech program.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires and brakes.
• Carry out preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs (oil changes, lube, filters, tire rotation).
• Repair and replace tires and wear parts; document repair orders.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and adhere to safety standards.

Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at the SeaTac Service Center: 2006 S 146th St SeaTac, WA 98168.

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair support activities on vehicles across multiple manufacturer lines. This role supports vehicle readiness, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and efficient service operations through preventive maintenance services, repair documentation, inventory tracking, and adherence to established maintenance and safety standards.

The pay for this position starts at $22.65 / hour with individuals in this position making between $22.65 and $26 / hour.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, filter and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Repair and replace tires.
• Replacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must have relevantautomotive experience or be enrolled in an auto tech program
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil, moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able understand, read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test including cannabis
• Must be at least 18 years of age
