Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician at the Pittsburgh service center to perform car maintenance, preventive tasks, and vehicle reconditioning in line with company policies.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $24 with a $3/hour shift differential for 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). A comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, health, life, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching profit sharing, and training.

Qualifications

• PA State Inspection and Emission license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid drivers license with a clean record in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol testing may apply.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires and brakes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes and tire rotations).
• Repair and replace tires and wear parts; maintain repair history.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The pay for this position starts at $24 / hour. There is a pay differential of $3 / hour if working 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). We offer hourly pay, we are not a flat rate shop. Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
• Repair and replace tires
• Replacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs
• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical experience is preferred
• Must be PA State Inspection and Emission Licensed through PennDOT or must be willing to get licenses within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D required
