Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Strongsville Service Center. You will perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and preventive services to ensure safe, reliable cars for customers.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a full-time schedule. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement through ASE certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection (tires, brakes, fluids).
• Carry out preventive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations) per specs.
• Repair and replace tires and worn parts (bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain repair history with accurate documentation.
• Comply with part/inventory tracking procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure safe, reliable vehicles upon service completion.

This position is located at our Reconditioning Center, 8249 Mohawk Dr Strongsville, OH 44136

The Maintenance Technician performs car repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

The starting pay for this position is $20 / hr.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
• Repair and replace tires
• Replacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs
• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or G.E.D is required
• Must have previous field or academic mechanical experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
