Responsibilities

• Maintain the nursing center and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs and equipment.
• Change filters on HVAC equipment; carry, lift and stock supplies.
• Step in as maintenance supervisor in the supervisor's absence.
