Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to upkeep the nursing center and grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment with an appealing appearance. You will support repairs and preventative tasks under supervision as needed.

The role involves basic repairs, HVAC filter changes, and lifting supplies, with opportunities for expanded responsibility when the supervisor is unavailable. A high school diploma and basic trades knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds and mobility devices.
• Change filters on HVAC equipment.
• Carry, lift and stock supplies.
• Take on Maintenance supervisor responsibilities in absence of supervisor.
