Palms Associates, LLC is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Oldfield Mews Apts in Bluffton, SC. You’ll handle hands-on repairs across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to keep our 348-unit community running smoothly.

We seek a proactive problem-solver with at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong English communication, and EPA certification. A team-focused, long-term contributor will thrive here, with on-going training and advancement opportunities.

We are seeking an experiencedApartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Must be EPA Certified.

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.

Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

Valid Driver's License
