Job summary

InterSolutions is seeking a dependable apartment maintenance technician to join our team in Bluffton, SC. You will handle service requests and maintain the community's overall functionality under supervision.

The role requires versatile handyman skills and the ability to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, and provide excellent customer service. Weekend availability may be required; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new by managing the turnover process.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including: repairing circuits and breakers, servicing fixtures and appliances, fixing toilets/sinks, minor carpentry, painting and drywall, removing bulk trash, and clearing drains.
