Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Sundale Flats in Charlotte, NC. You will perform maintenance, grounds and housekeeping duties to maintain curb appeal and apartment quality.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll handle repairs, safety checks and service requests, including weekend/on-call availability. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-growing multifamily company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred; must be earned within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to perform maintenance assessments and standard repairs to keep apartments market-ready.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer literacy for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain storage areas and refurbish/renovate apartments per standards.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality, report safety concerns.
• Assist with vendor coordination, scheduling and supply orders.
• Respond to service requests promptly, including weekend/on-call duties.
