Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Fort Worth, TX LIHTC community—Mercantile Square. You will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to ensure high curb appeal and quality apartment homes, while responding to guest requests.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you’ll conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments, with a focus on safety and timely service requests. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Maintain storage areas and materials and refurbish apartments per standards.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality.
• Respond to service requests and assist during after-hours emergencies as schedule.
