Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Middle Creek Lofts community in Charlotte, NC. Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes.

You will respond to service requests, assist with refurbishing, and help ensure safety and compliance while maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
  • Proficient with basic computer use and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
  • Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
  • Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
