NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Sundale Flats in Charlotte, NC. The role involves general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to preserve curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. You will respond to service requests under supervision and ensure safety and compliance.
We require 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate a computer for work orders. CFC Universal Certification is preferred.
