Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Middle Creek Lofts in Charlotte, NC. Under supervision, you will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to keep the community looking its best and to promptly address resident requests.

You will conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments, and participate in safety meetings. A High school diploma is required; CFC certification is preferred and must be earned within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to maintain curb appeal and apartment quality.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to respond to resident requests and safety concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with storage area maintenance and ordering supplies; refurbish/renovate apartments per standards.
  • Walk property daily to maintain curb appeal; report safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
  • Carry out maintenance in supervisor's absence, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors.
  • Available for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergencies (24/7).
