Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center is seeking a full-time, year-round maintenance professional in Breckenridge, CO. The role starts around $22–$30/hr DOE, with a broader range of $23–$30 hourly stated salary; benefits eligibility and employee housing available.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance calls, ensuring smooth facility operations, tracking hours, and escalating issues as needed while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — required.
• Good mechanical aptitude, general knowledge of carpentry, heating, electrical, painting, drywall and finishing — preferred.
• Proficient at written and verbal communication in English — required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite — preferred.
• Related hospitality experience — preferred.
• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel — required.
• Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs. — required.

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado — the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The resort offers conference and meeting spaces and aims to provide exceptional guest and employee experiences. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Employee housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Shift: Afternoon to evening, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Position starts at $22.00 - $30.00/hr DOE.
