Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our BRAND NEW Lease Up community in Anna, TX – Cora. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes.

The role requires 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a High school diploma or equivalent, and a CFC Universal Certification (preferred; must be obtained within 90 days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must obtain CFC Universal Certification within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Able to work weekends/on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Walk the property daily to maintain curb appeal and quality.
• Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials.
• Coordinate with supervisor and vendors for improvements.
• Respond to customer service requests and safety concerns.
