Zusammenfassung

The NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and cosmetic renovation of apartment homes. Under supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal and quality living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, coordinating with the Community Manager, and assisting with safety and compliance while maintaining excellent resident experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience or equivalent required.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks.
