Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Austin, TX community, The Radley. You will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to maintain curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety tasks, respond to service requests, and support on-call and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC Universal Certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience recommended.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond promptly to resident requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and apartment quality; report safety concerns.
