NRP Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician in Anna, TX to support a brand-new lease-up property. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and janitorial duties while ensuring apartments meet high standards of curb appeal and readiness for residents.

This role requires attention to detail and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• English communication skills (verbal and written) required or preferred.
• Computer proficiency required for basic maintenance logs and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Services: perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial tasks as assigned.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and organization of maintenance materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards to maintain curb appeal and quality.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments; report safety concerns.
