Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Pullman property. You will perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to ensure quality apartment homes and curb appeal.

You will respond to service requests under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a High school diploma, and a CFC certification or plan to obtain it within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in general maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks.
• Reliable transportation required on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and apartment quality.
• Notify the Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials; respond to service requests.
• Occasionally assist at other properties and support on-call duties as needed.
