Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep machinery running and facilities up to standard. The role requires hands-on problem solving, mechanical aptitude, and experience with forklifts and conveyors. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical skills—forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, and more.
• Welding and metal fabrication expertise.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Upkeep system: Track work orders, schedule repairs, and manage parts.
• Keep our equipment alive and kicking: Inspections, repairs, and installations for forklifts to conveyors.
• Champion facility upkeep: Ensure the plant is clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Lead with safety: Follow OSHA standards and company protocols to keep everyone safe.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work with leadership on LEAN improvements and special projects.
• Operate forklifts: Safely and efficiently (we’ll train and certify you!).
