Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep machinery running smoothly and support production goals. You will own the Upkeep system, schedule repairs, and manage parts while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

The role involves hands-on maintenance of forklifts, conveyors, and related equipment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical skills, welding ability, and familiarity with preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical skills with forklifts, conveyors, and dock doors.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Upkeep system: track work orders, schedule repairs, manage parts.
• Inspect, repair, and install equipment from forklifts to conveyors.
• Champion facility upkeep by keeping the plant clean and production-ready.
• Lead with safety by following OSHA standards and company protocols.
• Collaborate on LEAN improvements and special projects.
• Operate forklifts safely and participate in required training.
