Job summary

General Thermodynamics is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to drive reliability on laser cutting, welding, and support systems at our Iron Ridge, WI facility.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and keep downtime to a minimum while following safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and a hands-on problem-solver attitude in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and support laser cutting machines, welding systems, and CMM equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA and LOTO safety requirements.
