Job summary

General ThermoDynamics is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations at our Iron Ridge fabrication facility, supporting production at our Franklin plant. You will lead a skilled team performing CNC, laser, brake press, and welding tasks with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on fabrication experience with CNC, laser, brake press, and welding.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 3rd shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production to meet schedules and customer demand.
• Coordinate workflows across CNC machining, laser cutting, brake press, and welding.
• Coach, mentor, and manage welders, machine operators, and fabrication techs.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Maintain quality and drive continuous improvement with Lean and 5S.
