Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead for our Exchange at the Beach community in Panama City, FL. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor, performs a wide range of repairs, and ensures safety and high-quality upkeep of the property.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA certification, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and the ability to lead and coordinate a maintenance team. On-site work and after-hours on-call are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience preferred in apartments/buildings.
• EPA certification and HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• Assist with apartment make-ready and ensure vacant homes are ready for occupancy.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations, prioritization, and team coordination.
