Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead for our Ft Worth, TX facility. The role is fully onsite and focuses on maintaining and repairing automated material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, rapidly troubleshoot breakdowns, and restore equipment to service while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate or GED; trade school graduate preferred plus 3–5 years hands-on experience in a commercial facility or physical plant operations.
• Certification or Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in Facilities/Engineering/Architectural disciplines is a plus.
• Lead by example with professionalism and confidentiality; strong organization skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair automated material handling equipment; ensure high equipment availability.
• Use preventive and predictive maintenance to troubleshoot breakdowns and restore equipment to service.
• Analyze conveyor components and other warehouse equipment; implement safe work practices and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Lead by example and contribute to upskilling and career growth within Insight.

As a Maintenance Technician Lead, you will maintainand repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability rates. We will count on you to use preventive and predictive maintenance processes, rapidly troubleshoot equipmentbreakdownsand quickly restore equipment to service to support the successful operation of the Solutions Integration facility. Along the way, you will get to:

• Ability to analyze, diagnose, evaluate and recommend / perform repairs to conveyor components & other warehouse equipment

What we're looking for

• Minimum high school graduate or general education degree (GED), trade school graduate preferred plus three to five years "hands on" experienceina commercialfacility / physical plantoperations.
• Certification orAssociates Degreefrom an accredited college or university in the Facilities, Engineering, Architectural disciplinesa plus.
• Lead by example. Must be able toshowcaseprofessionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and leadership acumen
• Strong organization skills. Must have the ability to prioritize impromptu work assignments, manage multiple conflicting tasks within a fast paced work environment andusesefficient work methods and tools to get the job done
