Job summary

Insight in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for an onsite role. You will handle receiving, storage, and shipping logistics, using SAP and RF technology to ensure accurate inventory and timely postings.

The role requires at least a high school education with warehouse experience, strong organization, and the ability to multitask. Forklift certification is a plus, and the shift is 9:30 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with warehouse experience (min 6 months).
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse and safety procedures with some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries within a timely fashion.
• Capable of using RF technology; forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP/WMS systems is preferred and useful for daily tasks.

Location: This role is an onsite position located in Fort Worth, TX.

Shift: 9:30 am - 6 pm

Salary: $17 an hour

What to Expect

Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Teammates will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and / or departmental metrics.

As a Warehouse Associate you’ll get to

• Receiving and documenting product into SAP
• Finding locations of product using SAP or client asset management system.
• Verify quantity and the correct products
• Work with lab team to pack product and post goods receipts on finished product.
• Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, preparing packaging for shipping.
• Accurately mark the correct number on products and correctly label products
• Maintain cleanliness of work area

What you will need to succeed

• High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience
• Must have knowledge of shipping, warehouse and safety procedures and some computer experience
• Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
• Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion
• Must have the capability to use RF technology
• Possession of a valid forklift certification would be a plus
• Knowledge of a WMS system, SAP preferred
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions
