Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Logistics Associate I – W2 to support receiving, picking, packing, and quality checking shipments. You will operate RF scanners, verify quantities, and adhere to warehouse safety guidelines in a team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely response to inquiries, and English-language communication to perform essential duties on site.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask and strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents while noting any discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and printer to print labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, send boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked in the upper mezzanine.
