Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on first shift for our manufacturing lines in Dayville, Connecticut. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment, ensuring uptime through proactive maintenance, and collaborating across departments to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics.
• Familiar with electrical troubleshooting.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools.
• Extensive background with pneumatics, hydraulics, rollers, motors and pumps in high-speed production.
• Welding and fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment critical to production.
• Ensure the operational efficiency of equipment through timely inspection, maintenance, and repair.
