Leadership & Core Responsibilities

Technical Execution

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment critical to production
• Ensure the operational efficiency of equipment through timely inspection, maintenance, and repair

Position Requirements

Education & Technical Qualifications

• General knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics
• Familiar with electrical troubleshooting
• Mechanical aptitude
• Efficient use of tools and some electrical/electronic test equipment
• Extensive background with pneumatics, hydraulics, rollers, motors and pumps in a high speed production environment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment
• Change belts, pumps, chains, gears, fittings as required for continuous production
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Ensure the operational efficiency of equipment through timely inspection and repair

Total Rewards & Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $68,640-$74,880 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
