Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, grounds and pool upkeep, seasonal tasks, and on-call emergency maintenance when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• EPA certification required for eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Strong communication and professionalism with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair).
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with pool upkeep and seasonal tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections; on-call for emergencies.
