Job summary

Renaissance on Peachtree is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine work orders and repairs to prepare apartments for move-ins. You will handle general maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping, ensuring high standards of upkeep and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes clear communication, independent work, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication with everyone you encounter.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent at working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
