Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to mid-sized buildings and industrial systems in Beaverton, Oregon. The role involves preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs to mechanical and electrical systems, with guidance provided.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication and organization skills. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and on-site work supports energy efficiency and safety

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate findings clearly.
• Deliver outputs under supervision and guidance following established processes.
