Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to sustain equipment reliability and drive continuous improvement through preventive maintenance, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving. You will support TPM initiatives, train teams, and maintain documentation across shifts.

The role includes executing PM activities, leading continuous improvement, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met onsite in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Sustain equipment reliability and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Lead and support Kaizen efforts to eliminate waste and improve processes.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment/process issues using structured problem solving.
• Perform machine setups and changeovers when required and verify setup conditions.
• Train and coach team members on equipment and PM standards; verify skills and maintain certifications.
