Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Jacksonville, FL. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required, with hands-on skills to keep common areas and units in excellent condition.

You will handle make-ready, respond to work orders, and participate in on-call maintenance emergencies while delivering exceptional resident services. A valid drivers license is required, and EPA certification is beneficial.

• On-call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents
