Job summary

Butler Technology Group in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV - DAP for a 12-hour night shift to perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on automated process equipment in a GMP environment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and assist with setup/changeover to support production.

You will train operators, maintain cGMP documentation, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while following SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and safety

Qualifications

• Experience performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on automated process equipment in a GMP environment.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
• Familiarity with CNC manufacturing environment requirements, gowning, environmental monitoring, and clean room behavior.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve equipment failures with limited supervision and read electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Complete emergency repair, rebuilding, changeover, and inspection work on process-related equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor equipment and system performance through data, ensuring reliability in the operating area.
• Use testing and measuring equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical line equipment.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades according to site SOPs.
• Perform 5S activities and maintain organized operating areas.
• Work with limited supervision, prioritizing maintenance needs in coordination with team leads.
