Job summary

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama. This dedicated-site position means you'll work inside the Honda manufacturing facility each day—no traveling, home every night, Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment, including forklifts, batteries, and hydraulic/electrical systems, with a shift from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues.
• Repair or replace worn and damaged components.
• Complete safety inspections.
• Diagnose equipment failures quickly.
• Document repairs and labor accurately.
• Communicate repair recommendations professionally.
• Help minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
