Job summary

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama. This is a dedicated-site role inside the Honda facility, offering a stable Monday–Friday-like schedule with a 2nd shift.

You’ll work on forklifts, hydraulic systems, and electrical components to keep production running and uptime high. You'll receive competitive hourly pay ($25–$30/hour) plus shift differential, company vehicle, fuel card, tool and boot allowances, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document repairs and labor.
• Complete safety inspections and communicate recommendations professionally.

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama.

This is a dedicated-site position, meaning you'll work inside the Honda manufacturing facility each day—no traveling from customer to customer, no overnight travel, and you'll be home every night.

Whether your experience comes from forklifts, diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, fleet maintenance, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or plant maintenance, we want to hear from you.

If you can diagnose equipment, solve problems, and take pride in quality repairs, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

You'll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment, including:

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Communicate repair recommendations professionally
